Return + Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, you may request a return for store credit only. 

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us a blossomgirlstore@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted. 
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.  
  • Please include the original packing slip in your return package. 

What Can and Cannot Be Returned

Eligible for Return:

  • Items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. 
  • Items with original tags attached.
  • Items purchased at regular price. 

Not Eligible for Returns:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
  • Items without original tags attached. 
  • Items that are on sale. 
  • Items returned past the 14-day return window. 

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will issue a store credit gift card via email, which can be used online or in-store at any time.
